  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 7 days.
  • We will notify you via email once the exchange shipment is dispatched.

Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will apply.

  • The actual refund processing time may take approximately 7-15 working days, subject to individual bank processing times.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please promptly notify us by providing photographic evidence within the first 3 working days.
  • We will process the replacement and ship it to you free of charge.
